Request Other Services for your Event

You have only booked your space with us. Please see this page about how to book other campus services for your event:

Even if audio-visual equipment is a permanent fixture in your reserved room, Media Technology Services must be contacted at least 10 calendar days prior to your event if you plan on using any equipment.
Dining Services request at least 10 business days to produce a firm estimate of your catering costs. Please contact them If food or beverage is being served, a mandatory custodial cleaning is required from Facilities Management.
Please place an Event Request with Facilities Management Event Support to request equipment rentals, tables, chairs, custodial service or email EventSupport@brown.edu. If food or beverage is being served, a mandatory custodial cleaning is required from Facilities Management. You are responsible for the condition of the room upon leaving. An additional fee may be assessed if custodial work is needed after your event.
Compliance with fire safety policies and procedures is mandatory. For more information, contact Fire Safety at 863-3462 at least 7 business days prior to your event.
All events open to the public or to the Brown Community at large should be held in spaces that are wheelchair accessible. Accessibility features and information for each space is listed on the Scheduling Office website. Please contact Student and Employee Accessibility Services at 401-863-9588 or SEAS@brown.edu to discuss questions and for assistance with requests.

Cancellations

Must be received at least 48 hours in advance or may be subject to partial charges. Groups must cancel with each individual service provider (MSO, Facilities, Catering, etc).
