After graduation, University policy is that all records held by the University must be maintained as they were at the time the degree was conferred.

After graduation, University policy is that all records held by the University must be maintained as they were at the time the degree was conferred. This includes name while enrolled. There is a provision for grades to be updated by Faculty from one calendar year from the end of the last day of classes in that semester the degree may have been awarded. However, such a grade change would not retroactively impact either departmental honors, Latin honors, or reinstate dropped programs.
